After completing his B.E. in Civil Engineering at Sri Siva Subramaniya Nadar Engineering College in Chennai, Vighnesh interned as Civil Engineer in the following companies Panchshil Realty, L&T Construction, Inc. as well as Baashyaam Constructions.

In 2018 he started a Master in Project & Enterprise Management at UCL London and graduated with Distinction in 2019. In addition, Vighnesh completed a second Masters in Management at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain, where he also graduated with honors. 

Since 2021, he has been working both at ED+ as Enterprise Operations Manager and at Varham as the Founder and Manager.
