Vārham is a boutique luxury real estate developer based in Chennai, India. We focus on constructing buildings that create everlasting relationships with our clients as a result of our focus on quality, design, and innovation with regard to each aspect of construction. We believe that a home is a significant component of a happy family and acts as a safe haven for umpteen memories of our closest and dearest therefore we epitomize the quality and functionality of our homes.

At Vārham, we focus on doing our part at fighting climate change by ensuring our buildings adhere to international environmental standards resulting in tangible savings for our customers in the form of lower utility and maintenance expenses.

Brand Analogy
is derived from the Tamil word “Aram” which refers to the (essence of life or character) principles of carrying out the duties in life with utmost discipline, honesty and integrity, thereby augmenting one’s quality of life.
Finally, the amalgamation of these words results in our brand, Vārham, a Tamil word which means boon or gift, which is what we hope our homes will be to you and your family.

derived from the Sanskrit word "Vāh", means to be a leader that propels or endeavors, which elicits our emphasis on being a pioneer in terms of quality and innovation to provide our customers with the best possible homes.
The Logo
The circular shape that is omnipresent in nature signifying simplicity, strength, unity, timelessness, harmony. The 4 spirals that make up the logo are golden spirals, which is a logarithmic spiral that has growth factor equivalent to the golden ratio. The golden ratio inherently creates a sense of beauty through harmony and proportion which is a reflection of our homes. The color gold was chosen for the logo as it inherently signifies qualities of prosperity, success and grandeur.
